Cooking -- January 10, 2013

Our first culture program 2013 was held on January 10.
Four people enjoyed Japanese home cooking.
The menu was tonkatsu, butajiru, kanikama &
lettuce harumaki, and mizuna & tuna salad.
The dessert was green-tea jelly. Everyone worked hard
and all the dishes were ready in two hours.
